POSTAGE CHARGES
All prices are quoted in Singapore dollars and calculated by your order weight (in kg). You can find the weight of each product clearly labeled at the top of each product page (below the price). Each shipping method is subject to the terms and conditions below. For a list of countries in each zone see the ‘Shipping Zones’ list below. Please make sure you read and understand the terms and conditions below before ordering.

SAVE ON POSTAGE
Combine your order with friends and share the cost! To save money on postage, we suggest you order more than one band T-shirt, CD or Bundle in a single order. Maybe you’d even like to get some friends together and combine your orders and share the shipping costs.
For example –
1 t-shirt posted to Malaysia will cost approximately $5.30. If you were to order 4 band t-shirts for delivery to Malaysia, the delivery cost per t-shirt is approximately $3.12. If you have any further questions about how this works, please email us at customerservice@getupmerch.com.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
If you are ordering products for delivery outside of Singapore, please note that your package may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These taxes may be applied once your package reaches the country of destination as specified by your delivery address. Any charges applied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you (the customer). By ordering from Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) it is accepted by you (the customer) that Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Please check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding possible taxes / duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. It is recommended that you do this before ordering from Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) and factor any extra charges into your decision to purchase from us. We will not label any package as a “Gift” on the Custom’s forms.
RETURNS POLICY – T-Shirt Section
You can return any t-shirt bought from www.getupmerch.com (excluding 'Special Import' t-shirts, which may not be returned or refunded for any reason) to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must not have been worn or washed. The refund will be the Singapore Dollars retail price at time of purchase and does not include the delivery cost or any costs incurred returning the product to Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns will be rejected instantly if - it's over 30 days from the purchase date, you do not include ALL of the info requested above or if the item is perceived by Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) to have been worn or washed. Returns will also be rejected if not accompanied by the original purchase receipt. Approval of returns/refunds is at the sole discretion of Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) and a refund is not guaranteed.
Anyone deemed by Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) to be abusing the returns policy or making false claims will be barred from shopping at www.getupmerch.com or any other service from Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.).
RETURNS POLICY – CDs and Bundles Section
We do not accept returns for any CD’s or “CD and T-Shirt Bundles”. Once a CD or Bundle is bought it is considered SOLD and cannot be returned for any reason. Our T-Shirt returns policy (above) does not apply to t-shirt’s bought as part of a Bundle. Before ordering a bundle please make sure you follow our guidelines on selecting the right t-shirt size and if you have any questions, get in touch BEFORE ordering because we’re always happy to help.

All orders to Singapore are sent via the standard ‘Singapore Post’ local postal service. Although this service is generally reliable, all packages are untraceable. Replacement of lost, missing or damaged parcels sent via this service is at the discretion of Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.). Use of this free delivery method is at the customers own risk.
If you’d like to upgrade to a more secure Courier Delivery Service please contact us BEFORE ORDERING at customerservice@getupmerch.com. We’ll be happy to upgrade you to this service for a small extra fee.

Delivery of Goods to Zones 1 (Malaysia & Brunei)
T-Shirts & Bundles - All T-Shirt & CD/T-Shirt Bundle orders to Zone 1 are sent via the ‘Singapore Post’ registered postal service. A signature may be required upon delivery by your local postal service representative. This service is generally reliable and claims to be fully traceable. All packages sent by this service are insured for a value of SGD $68.00.
Should a registered package get damaged or not arrive within the stated delivery times (see the Postage Charges & Delivery Times above), we will file an ‘Enquiry On Postal Article’ with Singapore Post. If the package is deemed by Singapore Post to be eligible for a full insurance coverage, Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) will immediately send a replacement t-shirt to you free of charge. If a package is deemed ineligible for full insurance coverage by Singapore Post, replacement of the package is at the discretion of Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.).

Delivery of Goods by Secure Courier Service
All packages sent by a Courier Delivery Service are insured and fully traceable. Any package lost or damaged by this delivery service will be replaced free of charge by Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd). If you’d like to upgrade to a more secure Courier Delivery Service please contact us BEFORE ORDERING at customerservice@getupmerch.com. We’ll be happy to upgrade you to this service for a small extra fee.
Delivery to PO Box
Please note that we cannot ship any items to a PO box address, as all our shipping methods (for Zones 1, 2 & 3) require a signature upon delivery.
TERMS OF SALE
Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) reserves the right to change prices of any of our goods to take into account forces beyond our control, including but not limited to currency fluctuations.
All goods supplied by Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) are for personal use only and are not to be sold or offered for re-sale. Getup Merch Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to supply any person or company for any reason. Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations, including but not limited to, delivery of goods, or any delay of delivery, where such failure is due to circumstances beyond the control of Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.) Such circumstances include natural disasters such as, fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster; war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
You will become the owner of your purchases once they are delivered. However, you shall not obtain any right of copyright (or similar rights) in your purchase of which any unauthorized use including copying, letting for hire or sale is strictly prohibited.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Sites. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability.
