PAYMENT QUESTIONS

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Giro Pay or regular account payments all through PayPal. If you do not want to use PayPal, you can now shop and pay by Online Bank Transfer (Giro) and ATM/CDM cash deposit. Online Bank Transfers and ATM/CDM deposits can only be accepted from customers in Singapore and Malaysia, all other countries must use PayPal.

How secure is this store? 

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Getup Merch do not have access to your financial details at any point in the transaction.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Can I still pay if my credit card or PayPal funds are not in Singapore dollars?

Yes, no matter where you live, you can buy from Getup Merch. PayPal will take your home currency and convert it into just the right amount of Singapore dollars for the purchase. This conversion is done automatically, at a reasonable and current exchange rate set by PayPal. 

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

I’m in a band (or own a record label / or am an Artist Manager) and want to sell my stuff on Getup Merch. Can you help me?

We love hearing about new bands from around Asia, but unfortunately we can’t sell merch for all of them. If your band has a large fanbase and some irresistible stuff to sell, please get in touch with us at tshirtfinder@getupmerch.com . Make sure you send us a band bio, pictures of your merch designs, myspace or website link and something to listen to.

Do you stock XL or Skinny-Fit/Ladies size t-shirts?

Our most popular t-shirt sizes are Small, Medium and Large, so we make sure we have these sizes in stock at all times to ship to you faster. If you prefer an XL or Skinny-Fit/Ladies size t-shirt, we don’t want you to feel left out! Most of our best designs are available upon request in these sizes. As part of our commitment to first class customer service, we are happy to source these t-shirts especially for you. However, they will take a little bit longer to get to you as they are coming direct from the UK... but it’s worth the wait to rock-out in a t-shirt especially imported just for you!

Which t-shirt size will fit me?

To make sure you buy the right t-shirt size we suggest you measure a t-shirt you already own or measure your chest size. Our t-shirts are listed by their chest circumference size, so you can either measure your chest all the way around (under the arm pit) or measure the width of one of your tshirts and double it to get the circumference. Once you’ve got your chest circumference measurement, compare it with our sizing table below. All t-shirt’s are pre-shrunk by the manufacturer, but we advise that you still allow for a very small amount of shrinking. If you’re buying a girls / skinny fit t-shirt, you may also want to use UK or European sizing standards to compare.

Our t-shirts are imported from a number of different suppliers around the world, so the dimensions can change slightly. In the table below we give you an approximate chest circumference measurement range or UK/EU size number to help make your sizing decision. Don’t worry if you accidentally buy a t-shirt that doesn’t fit, you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase as long as it is still in perfect condition. T-Shirt Size Dimensions : Guys / Regular

Small = 92cm to 97 cm (or 36 inches to 38 inches)

Medium = 97cm to 102 cm (or 38 inches to 40 inches)

Large = 102cm to 107cm (or 40 inches to 42 inches)

Extra Large = 107cm x 112 cm (or 42 inches to 44 inches)

T-Shirt Size Dimensions: Girls / Skinny Fit

Small = 76 cm (30 inches)

Medium = 81 cm (32 inches)

Large = 86 cm (34 inches)

Small = UK Size: 8 to 10 (or EURO Size 36 to 38)

Medium = UK Size: 10 to 12 (or EURO Size 38 to 40)

Do you have any [your favourite band] t-shirts?

Getup is a store set up by people that love music and understand how much it sucks when you can’t find merch from your favorite bands! So, if you’re looking for a specific band or unique design, let us know about it! Getup Merch will try to track down your request and have it delivered right to your front door. Specially imported orders like these will take a little bit longer to get to you, but it’s worth the wait and a lot cheaper than flying overseas to get it yourself!

What’s a “T-Shirt and CD Bundle”?

For some of our artists we are able to offer you the opportunity to purchase a CD and T-shirt together at a discounted price (instead of ordering separately). So, when you buy a “T-Shirt and CD Bundle” we’ll knock a few dollars off the price of the CD. On each bundle’s product page we outline exactly how much you can save when you purchase a bundle (instead of ordering separately), but it’s usually about $10. When you purchase a bundle you also save money on the delivery charges. You could save anywhere from $4 to $100 depending on how many bundles you buy and also where you are having them delivered. 

What’s the best way to wash my t-shirt?

The best thing about buying officially licensed band t-shirts (apart from supporting the bands you love!) is that they can last longer than the poor quality fakes! To make your t-shirt last as long as possible, the manufacturers suggest you follow these washing instructions – 

Wash the t-shirt inside-out on a gentle wash setting.

Maximum water temperature 85°F/30°C.

Do not use bleach.

Do not dryclean.

Use a cool iron on the reverse side (away from the printing)

Dry on the lowest heat setting.

When drying outdoors, hang the t-shirt inside-out. 

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the world! Prices and shipping times vary depending on where you live. Please see the ‘Shipping and Returns’ page for more details.

I have not received my order yet, what should I do? 

Please first check the delivery times for your country on the ‘Shipping and Returns’ page. If your item hasn’t arrived within this time period please email the following details to customerservice@getupmerch.com  - Name, Address, Phone Number, Order # and description of item you are waiting for.

My order got damaged in the post. What should I do?

Please see the ‘Shipping and Returns’ page for our full terms and conditions on missing and damaged packages. To report a damaged package please email the following details to customerservice@getupmerch.com  - Name, Address, Phone Number, Order # and description of damaged item.

Can I return my T-Shirt order?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size or design, you can return any item bought from www.getupmerch.com to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Returned items must be in perfect condition and must not have been worn or washed. The refund will be the S$ retail price at time of purchase and does not include the delivery cost or any costs incurred returning the product to Getup Merch (Pte. Ltd.). Can I return my CD order?

Once you purchase a CD it’s yours and, due to piracy issues, we do not accept returns for any of the CD’s we stock.

Can I return my CD/T-Shirt Bundle order?

All sales of a CD/T-Shirt bundle are final and non-refundable. Due to piracy and logistical reasons we do not accept returns for any of the CD/T-Shirt bundles sold. Before ordering a bundle please make sure you follow our guidelines on selecting the right t-shirt size and, if you have any questions, get in touch BEFORE ordering, because we’re always happy to help.

How much does it cost to ship to [your country name] and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

Can I cancel my order?

Pending orders can only be cancelled if a cancellation request email is sent to Getup Merch within 12 hours of the initial order being placed. Any order cancellations received after this 12-hour period can’t be stopped or refunded. To cancel a pending order please email the following details to customerservice@getupmerch.com - Name, Address, Phone Number, Order # and description of the item you wish to cancel. PRE-ORDER QUESTIONS

What is a pre-order?

At Getup Merch we give you the opportunity to reserve all our new products before their official release date. This is your chance to be the first to own our new t-shirts and albums and to receive them as soon as they become available. When popular new t-shirt designs or CD’s are added to the store we’ll mark them as “Pre-Order” so that you know this is your chance to reserve one for yourself before we run out of stock! All of our pre-orders are often sold at a cheaper price for the duration of the pre-sale period, so it’s also your chance to save a few dollars too!

If I pre-order an item, when will I receive it?

All items available for pre-order are assigned an official release date. This release date is clearly labeled on the individual products page. All pre-ordered products are dispatched a couple of days before the release date. Customers in Singapore will receive their order the week of release and all other customers will receive their order 16 days later. We do all we can to make sure you receive your pre-ordered items on the day of release. However, this can’t be guaranteed as it is at the mercy of your local post service.
